Creata Ventures expands access to Dreamina Seedance through BytePlus for the creative and gaming industries of Kazakhstan and Central Asia

Creata Ventures will provide eligible businesses across Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, Armenia and Georgia with access to Dreamina Seedance through the BytePlus API, together with onboarding and adoption support.

The partnership of BytePlus and Creata Ventures enables studios, directors, producers, game developers and digital content creators across the region to use the Dreamina Seedance generative model through the BytePlus API. The model transforms text, image, audio and video into high-quality videos with synchronised sound. For the region's creative industry this means direct and immediate access to the technology through a local distributor.

Beyond access, Creata Ventures provides adoption support, consulting and education programmes for the professional community. One of the key strands of the collaboration is Creata Academy, the online academy for digital creative industries, which runs with BytePlus's technological support. Its programme brings together training in artificial intelligence for the creative and gaming industries and in digital content production.

Creata Ventures and Qazaq AI Research University sign a memorandum on joint AI research and student internships

Creata Ventures, the venture studio within Creata Group, and Qazaq AI Research University (QAIRU) have signed a three-year memorandum of understanding: joint research and development in artificial intelligence, and internships for university students in the group's projects.

The document was signed on 1 September 2026 — the first day of the university's first academic year. It was signed by David Tuganov, Director of the studio, for Creata Ventures, and by Rector Sapar Toksanov for QAIRU. The memorandum sets out five areas of cooperation; two of them start first.

Joint R&D. The parties will design and run research projects in artificial intelligence, machine learning and adjacent technologies: exchange of scientific and technical know-how, shared use of laboratory and computing infrastructure, participation of the university's researchers and faculty in the group's projects, joint publications and patent applications, and joint seminars and conferences.

Internships. QAIRU students will be able to take industrial, pre-diploma and research internships at Creata Ventures and the group's companies. Every intern is assigned a mentor and receives a written review for academic assessment; the university selects candidates under criteria agreed by both sides. The first tracks match the university's programmes: GenAI game development, image and video generation on open models, generative music production, Kazakh speech technology, and neurointerface signal processing.

Night Hunters enters the portfolio: Creata Ventures structures the investor round for a World of Darkness tactical RPG

Creata Ventures has taken on the packaging and fundraising of Night Hunters — a turn-based tactical RPG set in the World of Darkness universe (Hunter: The Reckoning), developed by Everplay DMCC. The investor deck went live in June.

Night Hunters is being built by a team with a 100+ shipped-title track record and more than $10M in lifetime revenue, on an engine already proven in production. World of Darkness is one of the strongest cult IPs in tabletop and video games — and a niche where a fan base is waiting rather than having to be created.

Creata Ventures acts as institutional co-founder on the deal: investor materials, financial model, deal structure and investor outreach. Deal economics are shared with qualified investors on request.

ALUMINICO joins the Creata Ventures portfolio: hot aluminizing that undercuts zinc galvanizing by 64%

ALUMINICO — the developer of the first horizontal hot aluminizing line with magnetohydrodynamic locks — has joined the Creata Ventures portfolio, anchoring the studio's DeepTech vertical.

Corrosion costs the global economy $2.2 trillion a year. Aluminium coating outperforms zinc, but hot aluminizing has only ever worked for flat products — sheet, strip and wire — leaving shaped structural steel such as angles, beams and pipes out of reach. ALUMINICO closes that gap: MHD locks hold the molten aluminium with an electromagnetic field, so the product passes horizontally through the chamber instead of being dipped.

The result is a 9× smaller bath, 62% less metal consumed per tonne, and coating at $53 per tonne against $147.5 for traditional zinc galvanizing. A pilot line is being built in Tashkent, Uzbekistan; the business model combines pilot production with technology licensing.
